Paul and Rayna will take the time to understand your vision, your taste and your budget fully before a single line is drawn. There is no pressure here, only genuine interest in getting it right.

With a clear understanding of what you are looking for, Paul will develop a bespoke design for your consideration. Every detail is discussed and refined together, from the choice of metal and stone through to the setting style, proportions and finish. Nothing proceeds until you are completely satisfied with what has been designed.

Your piece is handcrafted from start to finish in our on-site Cotton Tree workshop. Paul leads the making process with Hayley working alongside him on the bench, and every stage, from the initial forming and fabrication through to stone setting and final polishing, is carried out entirely under our roof. You are warmly welcome to visit the workshop and watch your piece take shape.

When your piece is complete, Paul or Rayna will present it to you in person, walk you through the finished work, ensure the fit is perfect and answer any questions you may have. This is not simply a collection appointment. It is the moment a piece of jewellery becomes yours.
